Open Crits
Part of Black Art Incubator
Open Crits are process-oriented workshops lead by writers, curators, and critics. There will be a focus on workshop leaders discussing their own writing process and encourage participants to think through nuances of art they encounter, why a work does or does not work instead of art historical style writing.
Each session can accommodate up to three participants an individual appointments will occur in 20 minute increments. After registering, participants will be contacted via email and asked to submit written materials and work samples.
Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
