Signs as Sounds: Occupy Wall Street

On November 3rd, beginning at 6:30 pm, current Session artist Christine Sun Kim, will lead Signs as Sounds: Occupy Wall Street, a class in conjunction with The Public School New York. This class, part workshop and part performance, will take the forms of communication arising from the Occupy Wall Street movement as the starting point for vocal exercises that investigate the sonic materiality of language.

FCKNLZ at ISCP

Current Session:Red Hook artists FCKNLZ, the beauty and lifestyle collective who produce gypset* aesthetic treatments, are heading north to Williamsburg for a one night only performance as part of ISCP's residency mixer.  They will be catering attendees with a variety of service treatments, which will be unveiled this Monday during the premier, off-site performance of The Family Creative.  Though the RSVP list for the mixer is maxed out, FCKNLZ will be in Session at Red Hook through December 10th for those who want some gypset in their lives.
