The Drawing Center: Family Art Workshops

Recess’s Session artists collaborate with The Drawing Center’s Education Center on their Family Art Workshops series.

Activity as Language: ESOL

AAL:ESOL takes the projects happening at Recess as a point of departure. Participants engage in active dialogue with the artists and staff at Recess, building vocabulary and exploring complex artistic processes and concepts.

Class Club

Class Club uses the book club model and asks each participant to take ownership of a single session sharing a particular skill or interest, guiding the content, activity and or conversation.

Celebrity Craft Challenge Half Hour

This collaboration invites participants to make a reality show on set with double-secret famous art stars.
